EJ gets benched

Surprised they are going with Orton though.
Bills second-year quarterback EJ Manuel was informed that the team will start veteran Kyle Orton in Sunday's matchup against the Lions.
"Kyle Orton is our starting QB right now. We need more overall production from that position," head coach Doug Marrone said, via the team's Twitter account. "We came in today, looked at the tape, and made a decision that gives us the best opportunity to win"
Manuel, who has completed 58 percent of his passes this season, is the victim of playing for a franchise under intense scrutiny with an impending ownership change.

I would think that's early as well. I think they are just sending him a message. He'll get another shot pretty soon.

Just a reminder class.............who replaced Orton as a starter last time he QB'ed? Doesn't say a lot for EJ now does it. :grin
Funny enough, he took over for a Gata (Sexy Rexy) and got benched for a Gata (Tebow).

Well in this case Adam is FOS:
"I'm not sure why ESPN's Adam Schefter would not reach out to me to get my thoughts on EJ Manuel or check the accuracy of his report. I never made those comments about EJ. I spoke to Buddy Nix of the Buffalo Bills and told him EJ is an outstanding young man and player. He was the face of our organization and would be a great one for them. I did not speak to any other teams, general managers or head coaches about EJ."
That's becasue he never said it.
