Really, are they really trying to convince us that this ISIS(L) stuff just popped out of nowhere?

I am not sure which is crazier, the fact that this person still has a job or that we as a Nation spend a huge amount of money on our Intelligence Agencies and still get this stuff wrong.

Of course Obama knew he was arming Islamist extremists, now he gets to arm the Kurds, and Iraq will need more weapons.

$500 million in US tax money to help get IS started, probably $1-2 trillion in US tax money laundered into private hands by the time Obama's folly is dissolved and a new one begun.

Ummm, EVERYTHING this administration has done has been a complete failure for the American people. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that is better for me than when he took office. I have a LONG list of things that are worse now than when he took office. I'm a teacher married to a teacher with three kids. Life has become more difficult the last 6 years, tougher than it's ever been. Thank God I was smart enough not to vote for the imposter. Not looking forward to the next election as our choices are worse than ever..

In September 2014, the Government Accountability Institute updated an analysis of how much time President Barack Obama has spent attending his Presidential Daily Briefs (PDBs), as recorded on the White House official calendar and Politico’s comprehensive calendar.

The updated study covered the president’s first 2,079 days in office, running from January 20, 2009 through September 29, 2014.

Of those, President Obama attended a total of 875 Presidential Daily Briefs for an overall 42.09% attendance rate.

The whole PDB thing is silly. The PDB is a paper report, given to the President every day. Some Presidents wanted them delivered and discussed in person, as Bush 43 did, and some just wanted them summarized, as Nixon had Kissinger do.
Reagan almost never had a face-to-face meeting, but Bush 41 loved them, being an ex-CIA guy.

Theses are different days. The problem is Obama said the terrorists are on the run, the wars are over and he actually believed it. Maybe he should have been paying attention to reality rather than making up talking points for fundraisers.

Barack 0bama's primary agenda is the fundamental transformation of the United States of America. Thus, it should not surprise us that he probably does not read the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) or only on occasion; last week his schedule showed that he received the "briefing" only twice, and not before 10:00am. Indeed, he is not concerned with the national security of this country, from all outward appearances.

The PDB is a highly specialized document, a collaborative effort on the part of several agencies. It contains the most sensitive intelligence given to a President. The briefers are analysts who sit down with the POTUS to discuss its contents and to make sure that any questions the POTUS might have is relayed to the analysts who prepare the briefing. So if 0bama isn't sitting down with the briefers, it means he isn't asking questions and they are therefore not taking questions back to the analysts who are writing the PDB!

The briefers are up early in the morning preparing to go to the WH to sit with the POTUS; at least that's how it was done before 0bama. George W. Bush received his PDB early in the morning, 7:00am and not later than 7:30, EVERY day. The assignment of briefing the President is a feather in the cap for an analyst, a plus when it comes to promotion. It is a serious assignment.
