My project...'99 Bay Stealth

Just acquired a '99 Bay Stealth. It's 18'8" with a 8'6" beam. Solid hull with a t-top with a crow's nest, leaning post with rocket launcher, 2 live wells and a 74# thrust Minn kota. The '99 115 Yamaha is bad. It seems the owner had a friend who decided to try and do a rebuild. He got it apart and gave up. So I have the boat and a few tupperwares of engine parts. Lower unit and mid section are good. A new fuel tank has been installed. My first step is to go over everything starting with the fuel tank and try to put what I have back together before doing the motor. The trailer has good tires and bearings, but rusted fenders. This will be a nice near shore/bay boat when done. I'll post progress.
