This looks more like the noles I love. Maybe last year was an aberration. Winston looks very rusty compared to last year's first game.

Referee magazine reveals the top picks in its latest feature “The 18 Best Calls in Officiating History.” There have been a lot of great calls by referees and umpires over the years in sports history, but Referee reveals its “best of the best” in the March 2007 issue of the magazine. As we all saw FSU is not deserving of the #1 ranking, but neither is Alabama.

That's ok we just needed a little reality check. We've been on the banquet circuit all summer, since we are after all the national champions. And buckeye I'm certainly not crying about some lame call that took a nc from UM I'm simply saying that osu can't throw stones, without that call your just another Ohio team that ain't won squat in 50 years.

I'm actually happy that we came out flat, I believe it will wake the team up! The hangover from winning it all and going 14-0 is real. They underestimated OKie State big time! I'm glad it happened early, as Jimbo will be riding the teams tail for awhile now (same with Saban/Alabama)

For the record: Tyreek "the freak" Hill (#24 on OkieState) is ridiculous, he could make that team a top 20 squad by year end.

OkSU is a fairly good team. Maybe the best team to play the Noles all year. I was not surprised to see a close game.
