2006 Outcast 24 Bay Boat Kevlar Hull

Its time for me to put my bay boat up for sale. I have three boats now and I need to make room for a new one. I never thought I would sell this one because it is so versatile and for me it’s a fishermans dreamboat. There is not much it can’t do and I keep all of my boats in great condition and always have them upgraded when needed (over $10K in upgrades in last year). I have had this boat 40 miles offshore catching countless pelagic fish and it will float in 8=10 inches of water to get you to the skinny water redfish spots. This design is generally considered a west coast style boat but living on the Indian River on the east coast it’s great for inshore and offshore fishing. Because of how wide the beam is, it is probably one of the most stable fishing platforms you will ever fish on. I regularly fish with two people on the bow and you never have to worry about getting in each other’s way. The height of the foredeck is like having a built in casting platform, which makes it awesome for sight fishing for reds or fly-fishing. The stand up console makes it great for the wife or kids if you want to have a porta-potty.

This type of boat is not for everyone and of course it has its drawbacks and compromises just like all boats. This boat has monstrous storage capacity and I challenge anyone to find a boat of this size with this much storage space.

Boat is located in Vero Beach, Florida

This write up below is from the manufacturer:

The Outcast 24 has a 9’3’ beam which offers a stable fishing and casting platform. An 8” to 10” draft sets the Outcast 24 apart from the rest. Fish-ability is the most important feature. Four anglers can enjoy a roomy 20-24” deep cockpit or cast from one of the biggest decks in the industry. Easy access, endless storage and low maintenance are just a few key attributes of the Outcast 24.
The “stand up” console accommodates a head, which is another rare feature that makes the Outcast 24 a better family boating experience. Waders will appreciate the convenience and ease of Porta Bracket Swim Platform. The Porta bracket has a 17” vertical travel allowing motoring into flats without tilting the motor up and losing maneuverability. The Outcast 24 is a Semi-Custom built boat. A Vacuum Bagged 1” Core Cell, Kevlar vinyl ester hand-laid hull bottom gives rock solid feel at half the weight of a solid laminate.
Equipment includes (1) 2000 Bilge Pump with Flat Switch, (1) 800 GPH Bait Pump with bronze high speed pick up and shut off valve, (3) 6” pull up cleats, (6) Rod Holders, (2) Stainless Grab Rails, (2) Heavy duty batteries with heavy duty switch, (1) Custom switch panel, (1) Ritchie compass, horn, salt water wash down, bait well light, heavy duty vinyl rub rail with insert, sea star hydraulic steering system, tachometer, fuel and trim gages, controls, stainless steel steering wheel with speed knob, aluminum leaning post seat with fold down foot rest and grab rail.
