Parking lots and people

Is it driving anyone else nuts when you are looking to park your car or leave a parking lot and people just walk in the middle of the lane without any regard for others? So you have to idle real slow behind them or wait until they get to where ever they are going. I was always told to walk on the sides of lane so a car and drive in the middle, but apparently the rest of America didn't get this memo. Or many are just too stupid and lazy to get out of the way. Does anyone else notice this?

I hold the horn down when people annoy me while driving. I need a train horn!

What annoys me more are the a holes who cut across the parking lot without regard for those who are actually driving in the designated lanes. They then give you a dirty look if you blow your horn to avoid getting hit. BTW, men and women are equally guilty.

That's annoying I agree. I think people are just either generally disrespectful or just unaware of their surroundings

Another thing that bothers me is the pedestrians that do the entitlement shuffle when they are crossing the street; making drivers wait for them to finish crossing the street or parking area. It's OK that pedestrians have the right-of-way, but you would think that they could hustle just a little bit when traffic is held up. Sometimes they don't even look to check traffic before stepping into a driving lane.

Did you just arrive here in America? ................. Stupid and lazy is a hallmark of the new America.

PS...Don't go to Wal Mart during the day.... That's when the REALLY stupid and Lazy ones are out and about. :grin

OK this is one of the things I liked about "this is how it's done up north" Yes the law says pedestrians have the right of way, but it's not enforced and most of the cattle know to stay out of a cars way, and if they don't they will learn shortly.

How about three children in tow, so 4 across in the parking lot. I make a left not seeing them, lucky I was going slow. Turned left very quickly, just missing two of them. The lady with these kids find me in the store to tell me I almost ran over the kids. Did I not know I was in a parking lot? I think running them all over could have saves society a lot of grief! I never showed so much will power as not to beat the BS out of this lady.

I could fool ya'.... Olive skinned Italian decent who spends every day outside. Had the little Mexican girl fooled at the Taco mobil stand...she saw me and started babbling in Spanish....to which I gave my best HS espanole class " No habla..Englace por favor" :grin a couple shades more....

Also, too many years of shotgunning...might not jump much from a horn...kinda deaf.
