Offshore no luck. Got lucky at home

Not that kind of lucky. Tried to go offshore this morning but a little too rough out port Everglades in a 21 mako. Not much happening inshore. Went home and saw some action on the bank in the backyard. Figured I'd give it a shot. Lure hits the water and it looked like a redfish pushing water. Hooked up and landed her. Biggest bass yet. No official weight but I'll pretend it was around 10lbs

i dont have much luck with the topwater in my lake, other then dead calm sunset times. caught her on a gold lucky craft crankbait.

right on. some of the best topwater bass action for me has been middle of night. dont ask me to explain it though
