First Fish on the Fly

I had borrowed a friends fly rod and after getting some tips at casting I went out to a bridge light for a try at some snook with it. Practice payed off with this nice snook. Went on the outgoing tide with a full moon. Fished from 8:30-10:00 with multiple other in spinning tackle.

uh, yeah....that'll work as a first fish on fly. I started with rainbow trout out west and worked my way up to snook. Now where do you go?! Kidding.....get on some tarpon too. Snook on fly is one of my favorite fishing scenarios. Nice fish and congrats.
