Indian Pass beach driving

I know beach driving is allowed on the pass beaches with a permit and it says night driving is not allowed. But would you be allowed to be parked on the beach overnight as long as you aren't driving? I would be fishing all night and not running the beach after dark...last year I was down I saw a truck parked overnight and didn't seem to have any issues, but I just want to be sure. Thanks!

Last time I was there,
1. the Indian Pass beaches were mostly gone.
2. Money Beach around to Eglin range was there in normal width.
3. If you are a property owner in Gulf Co the permit is $15 - 20. Out of county residents are much more.
4. Usually that beach is pretty casually enforced.

Thanks for the info, yeah it looks like 50 bucks for a week, 150 for a year!
