Unfortunately we have had two long standing members drop off the lease for next year due to personal reasons. The club is just under 7000 acres north of Deland ,FL. This is a family oriented very tight knit club and most members have been apart of the lease for over a decade. It is a great piece of property with tons of deer and Turkey. This is a
still hunt club only that has feeders and food plots going year round. There are very few hogs on the property which is a rariety for Florida, dont get me wrong we have some in some of the swampy parts of the lease but its not over run with them which is also why we probably have a very healthy deer population. We have a central camping area with wells for water but no power as we use generators. it is a pin in and pin out system. There is currently only 18 members so there would be a total of twenty, Leaving the ratio at about 350 acres per hunter. This isnt a trophy club but a conservation minded club with a gentlemens rule of at least a 6pt minimum and everybody usually tries to keep shooting bigger. The dues are $2950 for the year which for a Florida lease is not very much.

Just 50 minutes southeast of there, leases are at $6000 and up.
Smokeys is basically the same price...but almost double the size, and has sections for dogs and still hunting..
Good luck!
thank you
