Shrimp Dunking

I took the wife out yesterday for a couple of hours. We hit the water at 900am and searched the beach for white bait. With no luck, I ran over to the boat ramp and got some shrimp. I am not much of a shrimp dunker but it was my only choice. We found a shoreline that was hidden from the wind and began to troll our way. Her fourth cast she landed this monster red. Knowing that she was satisfied, I ran back to the lift and gave the Canyon Bay a spring cleaning. “A happy wife is a happy life”.

Good Job !
I was out Sat. in the Skinny and the water was Stirred up bad. I spotted a couple nice Snook and Reds but it was at 20 Ft. in 15 inches and they were nervous.
Ended up back in the River catching Snapper and a small Gag.

This is an awesome catch.. looks about the size of the one my son caught around new years, except, the man in the gray suit only let us have the head. Can't wait to get my wife on the water sometime! Thanks for the report!
