Speeding Boats

Hi All. Wanted to know if somebody can give me a number to call to report speeding boats? I see them all the time speeding down the Dania Cutoff Canal where I live & there are manatees that are going through there. Just saw another one last night cruising by. Also, what should I get off the boat? The registration number if I can, the boat name or both? Sometimes it is difficult because they go by quickly.

Are they missing the manatees? I report them too if they drove that bad..

I usually take a pic and post it on the forum. Within a day of posts, you have an id on the boat owner. Then you can take matters into your own hands......
