This is not a criticism but just an observational point. Much can be argued for a short but happy life -- and the right to commit suicide is still inalienable in our country.

Personally, I have an advantage since I love to cook from scratch and have the time to do it. This has carried on to my son and his family. Even as very busy as they are, good nutritious food takes a top billing.

Since they live close by I am always eager and ready to contribute when asked.

None of this of course says you will never get cancer or some other God Awful disease but it greatly affects the probabilities in your favor IMHO.
