We both have to get there first. That said, I would much rather play someone that I knew instead of going into a game blind.
Although the Gators have beaten us 3 times already, we gave ya'll a scare in the SEC tourney. Now that we are playing as a team it will be test for anyone.
Congrats on a great season so far Gators, hopefully we will meet again.
The thing that bothers me is that they should not put 2 teams from the same conference in a region, unless the conference has a team in each region already. The Vols and Cats should have been separated, that way the SEC could have 3 teams in the Final Four.
Watching UK-UM, I was thinking either the Final Four is the last 3 teams to beat the Gators, or its the last 2, plus a surging UK team that has had 3 games to learn about UF.
The Gators should be the most prepared for this Final Four. They've played 5 games against the teams, with only one being a home game. From a preparation/strategy point, UF should have the upper hand.
I think KY and FL are relaxed right now playing these other teams, if they get together who knows? If only one of them make it to last game that team will win.
Pretty remarkable that the Gators have already played all of the other teams in the Final 4. In retrospect, it really makes those 2 losses this year look good.

UF has a very good BB program this year, and it's evident. They were the favorites for a reason :wink
I've known all along they're going to win it all, I just can't stand to see it happen. :Angry
You do if you have a better team. Bring 'em on. Natty and beating UK 4 times in 1 year? Priceless.
To this point...
So you would say the Heat and the last upteen NBA champs were not the better team?
Just cuz you lose a game in series does not make the team that won ONE game better.
I should have been more clear... You don't beat a QUALITY team 4 times in a row.

In a seven game series, if it goes to 7 games then that means that the winner was just the better team 4 out of 7 nights.
Beating a team 4 times in a row, is considered a sweep (in a series, which you used as your example) and would indicate a much more dominant team. When the games are spaced out like this...it's a bit different.
Glad you are following Zimm...
I agree w/ your point. My point is Go Gata and UK are "close" as teams are considered (news flash they are BOTH in the final 4).
To beat a fellow final 4 team 4 times in a year would be VERY impressive.
I am sure you disagree.
I went to FSU, I'm a Seminole. I may not be on the football field playing the game, but I support the team emotionally, physically and financially. I'm an alum, a season ticket holder and a booster, an extension of the team.
I'm guessing you had a problem with this movie as well?
No matter the outcome, it has been fun watching the gators play this year, when they are clicking the defense is something special to watch. UConn is not going to be a push over, they are unreal at the free throw line.......
How many times has the team that did not win the SEC championship gone on to win the National Championship?
I think UConn will be tough to beat but it would be interesting to see
"Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen."

Then after coasting by Wisconsin I'll watch the Gators cut down the net.
Both UCONN and Wisconsin have offenses that will be trampled by a full strength Gator defense.

Something that has been mentioned here a lot: how UK has started playing as a team?

What position do you play?
How anal are you?
What, you've never related to a sports team?

You never answered me about your anal ways Rock.
The hole
They are the most talented team playing right now. The biggest change in I see in Kentucky is their D.
UK = Kentucky
KU = Kansas
Call Kentucky "KU" to a cats fan and watch their head pop off! Lol
Wow, I know this and somehow typed it wrong twice? Thanks for the correction, I'll edit it now.
