Going for the sweep today.
I have a feeling the Rays will continue to claw their way back in the ALE and make it very interesting at the end of the season.
I don't think they will win the division but do think they will be very close to getting one of the wild card spots.

An unbelievable road trip. They don't seem to miss any of the "d.l." boys. They should have a good crowd tonight to see Shields. Go Rays. Keep it up.

Last night may have been a good lesson for the Rays. Trade Price and have him back to the Trop wearing another uniform and make them look silly. James Shields was about as good as he gets last night. I don't remember Wade Davis having a 96mph fastball either. Both may have had something to prove. They did. OUCH!

How's that "closer by committee" working out? It was coming. This series loss may push the Price trade up. Hope not.

10 - 3 Rays , top of the 8th..Longo is the only starter with no hit in the game. I think he is past "slump" status now.

I may stop watching the 9th innings if the Rays have a lead. When was the last time they pitched a one - two -three outs? Thank heavens for McGee and Box. IMO if they win the Red Suks series they will keep Price.
