1720 live well pump question

Can someone describe the live well pump
Layout on the 1720.
Mine only has 1 pump in it now.
Would like to put it back to what it was.
The air system is there.
There is 2 3 way switches .
Now you turn on and off any of 4 valves to
Fill or circulate .
What's right.
