Go Pro Advice?

Hi All,

I love the Go Pro videos underwater and on the water. Could I trouble you forum folks for advice on how much to get involved with the Go Pro system, what I need, etc. and if Go Pro is the best and or most economical to go on the water or under it.

Thanks for any help.

For $300 you are there. You shouldn't need much more, a few accessories, maybe. You will want the HD 1080p camera by the way.

However, for me, seeing all the distorted wide angle video coming off the Go Pro or other action cam, helmet cam or whatever cam you want to call the POV genre, gets a bit old and over done. IMHO, mixing the wide angle POV action with more conventional video is better.

Well, if you want to upgrade your camera then you should choose a compatible and durable gear or system on it and I guess they are sale in discounted price these holiday season.
