For my entire professional career, I've never been "The Boss". Sure, supervised many over the years, but that's not what I mean. I'm pretty comfortable where I'm at, working for someone else. Don't really have the desire to be "that person".

Thank you for the very informative and verbose response.
Doesn't matter, but where you work (or worked). I suppose that there are people who don't want to ever work for someone else. I don't mind.
I'm obviously in charge of my keyboard.
No. You are not. Rich is. He can stop you.
The way i hear it your a big pushover...!!
Keep telling yourself that.:grin
all to often.
Rich is not now or has ever been the boss of me. Ask him.
You really want to make him mad? Don't go testing the waters. He can be mean when he wants to be.
I wouldn't want any other than the one I have now. I can pretty much take off and hunt and fish when ever I want. He hunts and fish's too.
I am "The Man".
:Griz
Guess that just put Rich in his place.
Give you two boys a little message board power and it goes straight to your heads!

I owned my own business for 15 years, until I woke up thinking I was having a heart attack. Turned out it was just a severe anxiety attack. Decided to work for a big business and let them worry about making payroll, firing, hiring, taxes, and all the other BS. I get paid half as much but spend 3 times as much at home with my kids and my health is MUCH better.
I think it was worth it.
No-my customers are the boss
