Canaveral Ramp Status

So i haven't fished out of canaveral since last summer, and i really haven't been following the whole new ramp situation. I plan on fishing some time next week and i would appreciate it if someone could inform me on the whole thing...are the ramps in the back of the port the ones that everyone is using? where does everyone park? how much parking is there? are the ramps near sunrise still usable? and etc. Any bit of information will be great! Thanks

Yes you are correct the ramp at the port end park is getting a lot of use. Its tight if you have a bigger boat does have rest rooms parking is limited. The Freidie Patrick ramps havn't change except limited parking and no rest rooms. As long as your not talking weekend you should be ok. Except for bottom fishing for trigger and small black bass and some dolphin showing up cobia season so far has been lousy at the fsfa meeting one guy who knows what he doing zig zaged all the way to si and back over 100 miles saw nothing. Good luck go bottom if anything else you will tire yourself out pulling up endangered red snapper.

Someone needs to get a golf cart and haul people back and forth from the parking lot. Must be half a mile round trip. I need to go watch the fighting as people get p'd because your boat is left at the ramp 15 mins while you park the truck.
