What is going on with the FWC Reporting System?

I placed a call to the FWC to report a violation on the 13th of this month. As of today, I have heard absolutely nothing from any officer. I placed a second call today for the same violation, and the officer that I spoke to didn't know why I have not received a call back yet. The officer was able to see the first call I placed and logged in the second call. I am supposed to expect another call.
I am sure the department is busy, but are they really too busy to bother with the issues that are brought to them via the reporting system. This is a very cut/dry situation that I have reported. All evidence is presented and an arrangement can be made at anytime for the investigator to obtain visuals proof of the crime. I am not going to get into the details of the nature of the crime, but it is not your slap on the hand. It is a serious offense.
I am just curious to hear from officers out there. Are the departments that understaffed? It seems strange to have a system in place to report violations when they are just piled up and no investigation is being done with them.

Just an aggravated Marine with no jurisdiction in the civilian world

That was a month ago. Did you ever get a response? I sure hope so.

Still waiting. I will say, I called again and I spoke to a LT who said that a they were working heavily in a city North of mine. Higher profile case. Still nothing though. Maybe that is why they are offering rewards now for turning in violators? No one is doing it anymore because there is never any action taken and now they are trying to remotivate people? I am definitely not bashing the department. Just staiting the facts of the matter.
