The only ones I don't recognize are the 3 at the very top...the 2 small square from the hindquarters and the big rectangle one from the front. The big one on the right looks like its from the front of the shoulder up the neck but I grind all that so I don't worry about one big cut.
4 and 11 are my favorite cuts....those little steaks from the front shoulder (11) are as tender as any part on a deer.
