I had a catastrophic failure on my 7 year old unit on a trip on Saturday the 28th. So I sent JL Marine(power pole) an email with some pictures with a brief explanation of when it happened. Knowing it was a 7 year old unit I was hoping that parts would still be available, but unsure. I was fully prepared to spend the coin to replace all the broken parts within reason. If it was going to be to too much money to fix I planned on replacing it with a new 10' blade. Unfortunately they were closed for the holidays so I had to wait until the 2nd to find out what was going to happen. Around 10 or so Thursday I got an email from them looking for my current mailing address and that they were going to warranty all broken parts. All the parts arrived early yesterday and I am currently up and running again.
