2005 Sea Pro 220 WA cuddy cabin with yamaha 200 4stroke and aluminum trailer. This boat is in fantastic turn key shape for its age and well maintained. Average 2.5 to 3 mpg at cruise speeds. All lights were replaced to LED, hydraulic steering seals and fluid were just replaced, all engine fluids, filters and water pump serviced. The engine only has 254 hours with only 60 hours of actual time at cruise/run RPMs (see below). Hull was recently buffed, and is covered with a custom canvas cover (included) and also kept under a shelter. New winch mount and roller, new spare tire, garmin GPS, new 5 rod rocket launcher, hydraulic trim tabs, never used porta potti, two interstate batteries (last year), cushions to lay out on front deck and snap on top of live wells for seating, new pioneer stereo with wired marine remote, new bilge pump, two live wells, two fish boxes, led offroad running lights and TWO full sets of see through zip up cockpit enclosures (very expensive) to keep you out of the rain, weather ect. Has a fresh water and salt water wash down, swim platform ect. Cabin is in great shape and we keep a dehumidifier running 24/7 to inhibit any mold or mildew growth. Cabin has removable cushions that we keep covered with a bed cover for protection. Storage and porta potti is under center cushion. Anchor line, chain and anchor included. We are only selling due to the fact we now find ourselves spending most of our time well offshore and want a larger boat.
