    Forget the dip, hand me a fork!

    Love smoked fish & have smoked Grouper, Flounder & Sheepshead - in addition to the regular suspects, but never had smoked Dolphin.

    That's got to help start off the New Year on a high note.

    Have 2 very large smoked Mullet with roe sacks bigger than bratwurst to make a New Year dip.

    Add copious amounts of red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, habanero.
    Squeeze in some lime and the secret ingredient, tangerine.

    Oops, guess I left out the 8oz cream cheese (softened in the micro) 4oz sour cream and a couple dashes of Worcestershire.
