To keep your phone from ringing off the hook....could you possibly either post, or pm to me if you prefer, a few details. Cost, parcel sizes, any basic rules imposed by the landowner, etc. I'm seriously interested, but wouldn't want to waste your time if the basics don't work for me, and a few guys I know who are looking.

FYI $18 per acre.
Max 1 hunter per 400 acres
So if the parcel is 3000 acres cost is $54,000 divided by 7 = $7714 per member
Guest limit to 3 x per year per person

That is what I know. Hope this helps.

yep florida lease prices are crazy.....but theres someone willing to pay it somewhere thats why they stay so high....Mormon lease by me is over 6 grand a membership and you are limited to what you can take or do.....oh and theres a crap load of members....for that kind of money a few guys could get together and buy some hunting land.....

If your work schedule does not permit you to hunt weekdays and you have to hunt weekends when everyone else is there? is not worth getting on a big lease. Too many people on the weekends.

I am on a big lease 17000 acres 14 members during the week I am alone me and my guest that is it.

Thats beyond insane. I can hunt out of state 3 or 4 (5) day hunts for "trophy" deer for the cost of that. PFFFT!
