Any Tampa area flats still holding fish?

Down here for vacation for a week or so and hoping to get out a few days. From everything I have read it seems like the snook river action hasn't quite heated up yet and the flats might still be holding fish. Would love to find some good trout or reds of possible?

Anybody seeing mullet or bait schools anywhere?

Look for water movement. If there is no water movement, don't waste your time.

Deeper water (over grass flats) for trout and skinny water (around oyster beds) for reds.
