6 weight in Clearwater area?

I've dusted off my old 8 1/2 ft 6 weight Cabela Three Forks fly rod from Michigan. I need to pick up an inexpensive reel and then I'd like to find some spots in the counties around Clearwater that are appropriate for that weight. Little lakes, spots in parks and the like. Anyone have a few favorites around here they're willing to share?

Don't have an local knowledge, but if it's anything like Orlando, most apartment complex retention ponds/lakes of any size, have bass in them. Some surprisingly large. Not very pristine, but it can be fun.
