Mangrove Snapper in T-Bay

This is my first winter down here so still learning

Are the mangos around the rocks (various known locations) a year-round thing or no? I know they were there when it was warmer

They are still on the reefs we fished yesterday close to the Skyway. We caught 10 snapper 13 to fifteen inches along with quite a few Sheephead all on live shrimp.
