Been busy, so a while since I have posted, but just thought I would add a quick report on the fishing lately from my perspective.
If you are waiting on those winter big trout, sheepies and such...you may have to wait just a little longer. Yes there are some around, but boy has the snook bite remained strong. Good moving water and we have been getting them throughout the bay from the backwaters to the bayside flats, up to 275 area!
The reds are still pretty strong too, a touch smaller than when we had big schools cruising, but good ones nonetheless! With the negative tides they are in pretty skinny water so be slow, and look closely.
