What about bike riders NOT clogging up the roads. I have been smoked like that several times when riding in a designated bike lane.
And yet, you still haven't learnt yer lesson...ditch the lycra get-up...
I have never once worn lycra. That said, I still don't think someone's wardrobe (whether female like this, or lycra) justifies basic playground bullying from grown "men."

They are crusing down the road, pulling a boat and see a endowed woman walking along wearing a bikini top and short shorts.
A. They ask her if she wants to hop in and go to the lake for some "fun".
B. They drive by like she does not exist.
C. They "Smoke her".
