No I dont, but I dont think its too far fetched to say his zipper could have been down. Whether it was up or down he's an embarassment to his dept and all good LEOs. Theres an old saying "the badge will get you a lot of p***y, but p***y will get your badge.

If average Joe Citizen would have gotten caught doing that in public, even with his own wife, would be looking at some serious charges. Probably tased and possibly shot while driving away, if the officer thought he sideswiped him too close. Maybe even have to register as a sex offender....

But like someone said, at least she didn't get a ticket and have her car insurance rates go up.
