It's not an LC or yozuri plug. My guess is it's an older megabass, maybe a spro, or a knock off of either one. I don't recognize the logo on the top of the plug.
Definitely (I'd say) is thru-wire construction due to the twisted wire seen at the tail as opposed to a screw eye hook. Nice pattern but how's the action on it?

Defiantly gonna write it off as some kinda JDM tackle like Ol'Dirty said..Megabass , and Evergreen came real close just browsing JDM stuff and what not on ebay. Its flexible to a certain extent.Anyways I have 2 of them now , Moondawg I'll have to get back to ya on that.
That changes things. Yozuri did have a series of plugs called the "live bait" series, that were made with a flexible material. I'm 99.99999% sure that's what you've got there, since I've never heard of anyone else making a soft SW plug.

That soft plug thing reminds me of these plugs that scott moore gave to me once when I was a kid. It was a hard plastic plug that had big holo-eyes, and you could take the rubber outer skin off and put different colors on them. The big eyes were part of what the rubber skins attached to. Pretty goofy design.
I like the look of that guy though, however I dont use too many diving plugs.
Yo-zuri makes a lure pretty much identical (I did some research). It's called the Yo-zuri hardcore minnow 110 F. Couldn't find that exact patter but I found one like it... http://voblery.com.ua/en/catalog/hardcore-minnow-2.html
