So many of them obviously worship wealth. Billionaires are the anointed Saints of our state religion. Politicians, the Bishops. CEOs, the Priests.

Holidays suck! Commercialism has ruined the holidays for me. The only joy I get
out of the holidays anymore is watching my 4 Grandson's open their gifts on Christmas. They are 7-2 yrs old
and they all still believe in Santa for now.... Other than that, Thanksgiving and Christmas are just
days off with pay. Yeah I'm a Scrooge and I know it.

If you want to see that in action, try getting married in the Catholic church when one of the couple isn't Catholic. I found out God forgave me for not being Catholic as long as I stroked a fat check. Always wondered if I should have waited for Black Friday to see if God had a sale on forgiveness.
