Rodman dam area

Good morning all.
I am taking a bunch of cub scouts to Rodman dam for a camp out next week and was curious as to the fishing opportunities. We are going to be shore bound but I was wandering what the best bet would be.Canal, dam?Baits? These are all young guys 9-10 years old so attention span is not the greatest but they would love to catch some fish.Thank you in advance for any tips!

The barge canal or the canal from the campground has fish as well as below the dam. Load them up with red wiggler worms and they will catch enough to keep them interested. The advanced can catch bass on plastic worms at all locations as well.
    Good luck.
