Ahoy,
Just a quick note to let you all know two things that might be of interest.
1. Following the success of the i-phone app, the Gulf Council has just released a new fishing regulations App for the Android 2.2. The App is free and provides up-to-date commercial and recreational federal fishing regulations for species managed my the Gulf of Mexico Fishery management Council.
2. The Gulf Council is seeking applicants to serve of a private recreational data collection advisory panel. If you’re interested please send a letter and resume to [email protected]. Members of the panel will be selected in October at the next meeting of the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council.
