Gyro stabilizers have been used for many years but because of their size, weight, and power consumption were restricted to application in larger vessels. Seakeeper's use of modern technologies to spin the flywheel in a near vacuum and provide active electronic control now allows this gyro stabilization capability to be economically and practically applied in smaller, modern boats."

"the Seakeeper 7000, can handle vessels to 55 feet and retails for $55,000 plus installation; prices should come down as volume goes up. Units can be combined to handle larger vessels, and the Gyro can be scaled down to handle boats of less than 30 feet.
With the amount of money we spend on our boats, $55k+ install really doesn't seem that expensive.....
Again, check my credit.... I'll be rockin' and rollin'!!!!
Santa says you've been a good boy, Please don't open til Christmas day.......
