I am curious if anyone knows somewhere that is selling frozen Spanish sardines...not the "bait masters" Honduran silver sardines. I'm talking about the Spanish sardines caught locally(cortez, fl) usually boxed in either a "village pride" box or "cap n salty" box. I am not a fan of those bait masters dines but just can't seem to find those bigger, fresher dines anywhere.

Yea, seems every bait shop seems to have the bait master dines and not the cap n salty's or village pride. I'm thinking maybe not in season for the Spanish sardines?

Not sure where you are but I do know Madeira beach marina, and dogfish tackle are keeping them in stock. Those bag sardines are garbage and not worth the plastic bag they come in.
Hope this helps

Hahaha!! I'm so glad I am not the only one who thinks that about those silver dines. They have a completely different smell than the native dines and def are awful! I was out last month on one of my snapper spots and was getting hit on every drop using the cortez dines, then the box ran out and started using the baitmaster dines and just like that, the mango's turned off...within one minute of the good dines running out. I do have some boston mac in the freezer and will definitely bring them for the gags and ARS's, but nothing works quite like those Spanish dines for mango's. I am heading 60 miles out on wed and a flat is what I need anyways so I think I might head to f.i.s.h. Thanks for the heads up mango and fantastic.
