I high speed for Wahoo in the Keys and often in Bimini. I have run my boat all through the Abaco's and enjoy the area a great deal.
If my primary goal is to catch a 100lb Wahoo I would head to San Salvador.
I am evaluating flying in and chartering a boat for the 100lb mission. I can do the 400 miles but it is cost prohibitive.
Obviously there are big fish in many areas of the Bahamas but I do thing the SE islands have a leg up.

Scott Snay 305-972-3029 would run your boat over and charge maybe 350 a day. You would have to call him. Cost 300 to clear customs also for a boat that size.
