Solo wahoo jupiter

Went out yesterday evening to some nice conditions, water has been looking much better. I did some bottom jigging to kill time and caught some small grunts and snapper. Started hst around 5:00, first hit was a small bonita, reset and next hit came 5 mins later in between juno and lost tree somewhere. It took me an hour to get the fish in because it was cork screwing and I took a couple water breaks in between. He ate the purple san sal candy, same as the last one I caught. It has quickly become one of my fav lures. I ran this one 300 ft back on a 24 oz lead. Only bad thing that happened was as I was leadering the fish in he swung over to the other side of the boat that still had a line out and the **** thing chomped right through the other line and I lost my lure and lead. After this battle I might retire from the solo hst or get some electric reels to make it easier :).
