Seems pretty big and bulky. I'm not sure I could wear that 24/7

1.25 inches wide, about a 1/4 inch thick. We also offer other styles.

we had a close call at church a couple of months ago. one of the rigging lights went to access the gangway to the big lights and had to move an old heavy spotlight out of the way to the access ladder when it toppled over slicing open his blue jeans from the crotch to the knee like a razor knife, the cut barely broke the skin had it cut his femoral artery we would have major problems as he would have bleed out before an ambulance got there as there was no cell service in the building and no one around to help. But Coldie had 2 first aid kits close at hand along with parcord tournquiets, blow out bandages and quick clot

Or roll up a piece of cord and put it in your pocket. I don't do jewelry.

as someone that trains dogs I am disappointed in your preparedness. suppose you were in a high traffic area and you discovered a lost working dog and you had no lead with you. would you let the dog run into traffic or use the para-cord to make a leash?

I'd use my voice. He's a trained service dog.

I think Col. Jeff Cooper would approve. Stout cord is very handy to have at all times, like a lighter and pocket knife. Particularly for outdoorsmen.

Why wear a bracelet when you can wear a belt?

He doesn't wonder. He knows. Kinda like that loudmouth, obnoxious kid we all went to school with- any attention is good attention when mommy and daddy ignore you. The only strange part of it is when he tattles to you mods. I guess there is an authority fetish/ tattle tale angle there somewhere...

I wear one every day, but then again, I made it. It is a bush craft thing to do, and there are several ways to make one, some are more useful than others. I wear a type that can be unraveled to 16 ft of cord in less than 30 seconds and still is a reasonably attractive thing called a blaze bar. For October my daughter and I made pink cobra weave bracelets for breast cancer awareness month.

    I enjoy making them.
