Fished on Eddies 2550 bluewater out of PE put lines in at
300 ft and headed off shore. Scatterd weed at 800 rigger
gets hit get fish to the boat SHARK hit a ballyhoo that was
a first for me. Get out to 10 miles and find a bucket with
bait no takers dropped jig nothing. Storms started building
so headed to the reef put the planers in at 500 ft .Deep
planer gets hit cuda then at 260 hit again and we know
its a wahoo after a good fight 38 lb wahoo in the boat.
Pulled down the reef 2 more cudas and 1 bonita. Blue
and white sea witch with a belly strip. Wahoo was caught
off Hallandle.

Nice going. Way to make it work! What size planer are you using? The small ones you can put waaaay back and fish them at different depths depending on speed.
