Chicken and corn meal&molasses waffles. Local place thats way off the beaten path with great food. As much as they can is bought and grown local and organic. Chicken is local, all coated in local swamp honey. The place is so far off the beaten path in the middle of nowhere its actually a nice little drive down back country roads to this.
