Rally at Phipps park on Saturday the 3rd?

What is the information about the rally/protest on Saturday? I don't have facebook to get the info. I think Patrick said 10:00?

    PROTEST AGAINST THE LOCKS DUMPING FECAL MATTER INTO OUR WATERWAYS!!! EVERYONE MEET AT PHIPPS PARK AT 10AM AND THEN WE WILL MARCH TO THE LOCKS!!! PRIZES AND WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT PHIPPS PARK AT 12PM FOR BEST PROTEST SIGNS AND COSTUMES!!!!

    This is not just an environmental problem it is also a public health concern. Look at these websites about the dangers of Blue-Green algae. Please forward the links to anyone who cares about this issue. I'm not on Facebook so if someone would post them on the rally at Phipps park page I would appreciate it.

    I am attending this event regardless of where it is being held and am grateful that someone put it together . But how will the common Joe realize this rally even took place, when it's at a dead end road? Wouldn't it reach out to more people if it were held in a more public place, like maybe on the Roosevelt Bridge, where hundreds, if not thousands of cars and passer byers that don't even know what kind of damage is being done to our river, could see all the protesters and realize that something big is happening here !! Just my 2 cents.. see u all in the AM..

    I thought about that as well. I am guessing they are only doing it there because it is right next to the lock which is the issue this protest is trying to address.
