Went out of Vilano on Saturday. Flat but super foggy on the way out, a bit freaky. Filled the livewell with pogies in 1 throw. They were so thick we couldn't lift the net and had to throw back 90% of them. Started trolling some artificials in 125' and hooked a cuda right away. 5 minutes later Zzzzzzzzzzzzz....
My buddy Mike did the honors and reeled it in. We were both stoked as it was the first Wahoo for either of us. Not a big one, only 25lbs, but tasted excellent!! Had him for dinner last night and tonight. Can't wait for the next one!
