Looking for an updated scallop report for Homosassa....

We did real good scalloping towards the 2nd week of July. I was looking to head back up for a day trip in the next week or 2, but haven't really seen or heard if the rain put a damper on the grounds. Does anyone have an updated (post July 24th) report on the scalloping? Thanks!

Scalloping is still good but ya got look for areas that haven't been pounded. I will move this thread to thew BB gen fishing forum.

We did really well south of Chazz point this weekend.

This was today (7/29/13) about a half mile north of the bird rack in 5 feet. Water clarity is still very good even with all the rain.

How was the scalloping? The water looks pretty clean......where is the bird rack?

Took my granddaughter yesterday. Got several gallons but had to look around before we found an area that wasn't picked clean. We were a couple miles north of the Chaz tripod. Try to not go at high tide like I usually do!
