Honey Lemon Scallops over Orange Rice

Try this one sometime...you wont be disappointed.
2 cups bay scallops
i tbs chopped garlic
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup honey
3/4 stick butter
1 fresh lemon 1 3/4 cups orange juice
1 cup long grain rice
1 tbs corn starch
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Saute rice in 1/4 stick butter at high heat for 3 minutes

Add 1 3/4 cup OJ bring to a boil cover and simmer low for 20 minutes

Melt 1/2 stick butter then add a bit of lemon zest, garlic, crushed Bouillon the scallops and saute for 4 mins. Squeeze the entire lemon then stir in honey. Add corn starch to a quarter cup of cold water mix and stir into scallops to thicken

Serve over rice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese
