SonarCharts and Navionics+

I have Raymarine C125 with Navionics Platinum card, and received an email from Navionics about the new Navionics+. I'm kind of confused about accessing SonarCharts. Will SonarCharts be available through a Platinum update, or do I need to purchase Navionics+ to access SonarCharts?

Yes, SonarCharts is referring to what would be the "Fish" or "FishnChip" setting in most plotter menus when running a Platinum chip.

If/when you update your Platinum chip, you'll see the check box to receive the latest updates to SonarCharts for the area your Platinum chip covers.
