Ok, so I'm not a fish eater, and the only sea food I eat is lobster. But, a friend gave me a few hogfish fillets and I've heard alot about the taste being very good, so I want to give it a try. Need a simple recipe, and one that won't hide the taste. Is it better broiled, grilled or fried? Thanks.
