Ok, so I'm not a fish eater, and the only sea food I eat is lobster. But, a friend gave me a few hogfish fillets and I've heard alot about the taste being very good, so I want to give it a try. Need a simple recipe, and one that won't hide the taste. Is it better broiled, grilled or fried? Thanks.

    It taste awesome fried can't go wrong! I use beer batter

    Salt, pepper, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Grease a baking pan with butter. Bake fillets at 350 for 12 minutes or until just flaky. Don't overcook.

    ETA: you have good friends to give you hog fish.
