Amazing footage. I love how you guys capture the stalking and shooting of fish from different perspectives (1st person and 3rd person).
Any preference between slings and pole spears? How long do you need to hold your breathe for to go down that deep, find/shoot a fish and come back up? I am really inspired to try this in our waters.

Whats the trick to holding you breath like that? I would maybe be able to touch the bottom and swim back up LOL.
Not sure what there technique is but I was taught many years ago to be patient and basicly breath on the surface like your trying to fall asleep and you might almost but it slows everything down and oxygen consumption is cut back drasticly along with a good set of free dive fins. Remember it won't come to you over night but through out the summer I was able to hold my breath for 2 minutes at 40' I was so proud
