Hiring for A/C in Summer
HVAC company I work for is expanding in to a new market and trying to hire a service tech in that area. We haven't been able to get any responses. Obviously the time of year is difficult, but do any of the HVAC veterans on here have any suggestions? We have used Craigslist, area labor board website, and chamber of commerce website all to no response. I have spoken with the area supply houses (who we don't have credibility with because we buy from home area) and haven't gotten any response.
